The Background

One of the World’s most iconic luxury brands and stooped in history, Alfred Dunhill doesn’t need much introduction. The brand enjoys a hugely loyal customer base from all over the world thanks to its quality designer menswear and accessories.

The Brief

“We’ve produced a rather inspiring viral movie that showcases how our luxury leather document cases are hand made using the same methods we employed 100 years ago, and still in our London workshop – what can you do with it?”

The Solution

We mapped key luxury and haute couture online influencers and tapped into our extensive database of blogging contacts from all over the world. We then prepared our seeding strategy, social media release and the movie for viral dispersal.

The Results

A hugely successful campaign reaching 10,000 views of the movie within 2 months and further interest from key influencers for similar content in the future. In addition we saw an increase in positive sentiment towards the brand, an increase in searches for ‘leather document cases’ and finally achieved higher search engine placement (position 2 on page 1) for a number of related search phrases that linked back to official product page.
