THE BRIEF

As a unique marketing initiative to Matt’s new book ‘Ex-Girlfriends United’, a website was created where the general public can ‘Slate Their Date’. Our task was to build ranking and ultimately traffic to the website through the Blogosphere.

THE SOLUTION

Using a raft of intuitive measures we focused attention on seeding Matt’s articles relating to dating on some key social mediums (with links back of course). We also targeted the UK’s leading dating blogs and encouraged them to feature the unique principle of the website (with a subtle nudge to feature the book too).

THE RESULTS

The Slate Your Date site now generates 30% more visitors every month… that means more awareness for the book and a positive upturn in its sales.
